The blogs agree that this function on the Ubqiuity Titanium Rockets (with GPS) does not work, and makes the performance worse.
The logic is to use GPS to offset the timeslots between radios and hence reduce interference. I agree that the noise floor did drop slightly.
BUT:
1) The GPS seems to hammer the Rocket CPU and hence throughput performance dropped by over 50%.
2) Latency increases with the delay in getting a timeslot
So in summary - do not use!
