Getting Connected with PPPoE
Users on Satellite and Wireless require an internet router with PPPoE functionality.
Most consumer grade routers will be capable of this.
To connect our service using PPPoE, you will require a PPPoE username and password pair.
These will be emailed to you on sucessful provisioning of a new account with us.
Please note that the PPPoE password will not be the same as the MyCene client area password if you created your account through our shopping cart.
However, if we have created your account, your MyCene password will be the same as your PPPoE password until you change it.
Please configure your router with your received username and password to access the internet.
If you have trouble with this, or cannot remember you username or password for PPPoE.
